What is a gummy smile?

A gummy smile is when someone displays too much gum, which is often caused by an hyperactive upper lip which pulls the top lip upwards above the teeth and gum line. When one smiles, it is generally preferred to not show any gums. 

How does the gummy smile treatment work?

Treating the lip muscles in very precise spots with anti-wrinkle injections can relax the top lips to a specific degree to prevent the top lip from lifting past the gum line. 

How quickly will I see results from gummy smile correction?

As with all anti-wrinkle injections, the effects are not visible immediately. Over the course of 14 days the treatment will start to work leaving you with a more attractive smile.
