Injectual Terms & Conditions
1. Booking and Deposit Policy

A £50 deposit is required to secure all Injectual appointments. This can be paid online, over the phone, or in the clinic.

Consultations are free, and the deposit is fully refundable if you attend but choose not to proceed with treatment (excluding buttocks or hip dip filler consultations, which are non-refundable).

Deposits for buttocks or hip dip filler consultations are non-refundable under all circumstances.
-
If you proceed with treatment, the deposit will be credited towards the cost of your treatment or skincare purchase and must be used within 3 months.
-
Cancellations or reschedules require at least 48 hours’ notice. Deposits for timely cancellations will remain on your account as credit for 3 months.
-
Late cancellations (within 48 hours) or no-shows will result in the deposit being forfeited.
-
Courses, packages, or subscriptions: a missed session will be deducted from the total remaining balance.

Appointments are not confirmed until a deposit is received. Delayed payment may result in the appointment being offered to another patient.

Dermal filler pricing includes the amount up to 1ml. Any unused filler is safely disposed of and cannot be saved or carried forward.
2. Electrolysis Appointments
-
Appointments of 30–60 minutes require full payment at the time of booking.

Appointments of 90 minutes or longer require a 50% deposit, with the remaining balance due on the day of treatment.

Cancellations made within 48 hours or on the day will result in loss of payment or deduction of equivalent value from any prepaid package.

Electrolysis consultations require a £50 deposit, non-refundable if cancelled within 48 hours.
3. Age and Eligibility
-
Patients must be 21 years or older to receive treatment at Injectual.
-
Accurate medical information must be provided before every appointment to ensure suitability and safety.
4. Promotions and Discounts
-
Use code DRV100 for £100 off your first treatment over £300.
-
Offer is valid for first-time treatments only and excludes treatments with Dr Veerle, packages, memberships, gift cards, or other discounts.

Discounts cannot be combined or applied retrospectively.
5. Refund Policy
-
Injectual employs GMC, GDC, MNC, and GPC-registered practitioners, and as such does not issue refunds for treatments administered.

If you are unhappy with your result, a review appointment will be arranged. Where clinically appropriate, a corrective session may be offered at your practitioner’s discretion.

Patients who do not attend their review appointment will not be eligible for any reparation or alternative treatment.

Services, products, and packages are non-transferable and non-refundable.
6. Cooling-Off Period

A 14-day cooling-off period applies to all purchases, provided that:

No treatment has been redeemed, and
-
Products remain unused and unopened.

Refunds, where approved, will have pay-as-you-go treatment costs deducted for any sessions already completed.
7. Packages and Memberships
-
Packages expire 18 months from the date of purchase.
-
Appointments missed or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be deducted from the package.

Where instalments are agreed, an Injectual agreement must be signed. Missed payments will pause access until settled.
-
Purchases made via third-party finance are ineligible for discounts.
-
Offers and promotions cannot be used in conjunction with other offers or memberships.
8. Laser Hair Removal Policy
-
Patients must be 18+ and not pregnant or breastfeeding.
-
A patch test is mandatory at least 24–48 hours prior to treatment.
-
Sun or UV exposure within 6 weeks before treatment will require a new patch test.
-
All areas within a package must be treated on the same day; sessions cannot be split.
-
Packages cannot be reduced in price if areas are removed. Additional areas may be added for an extra charge.

Patients must arrive clean-shaven and free of make-up, perfume, deodorant, or oils. Unshaved areas may incur a £50 shaving fee or result in treatment refusal.

Changes in medical history or UV exposure must be disclosed before treatment; failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the session.

Aftercare must be followed precisely to ensure safety and results.
9. The Icon Membership
Membership Cost & Duration

Introductory launch price: £150 per year (normally £250).
-
Membership is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Eligibility & Activation
-
Open to all new and existing Injectual patients.
-
Membership activates immediately upon purchase via Zenoti (in-clinic or online).
Benefits
-
Members receive 20% off all aesthetic treatments (excluding laser hair removal and electrolysis) and 10% off all skincare products for 12 months.
-
An Injectual Product of choice may be redeemed at the member’s next booked treatment.
-
A complimentary birthday peel (Skinceuticals only) is included during the member’s birthday month.

Booking is required in advance.

VIP event invitations and Injectual merchandise are subject to availability and scheduling.

Benefits are not valid in conjunction with any other offers, packages, or memberships (including electrolysis packages).
Booking & Deposits

Standard Injectual deposit policies apply to all bookings under membership.
Transfer & Refund Policy

Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Benefits apply only to the named member and cannot be shared.
Renewals & Price Changes

Memberships do not auto-renew at the end of the 12-month term.

Injectual reserves the right to amend membership pricing or benefits with notice.
Compliance

All treatments are subject to clinical assessment and practitioner approval for suitability.
10. Complaints Policy

Most issues can be resolved directly with management.

11. Respect and Conduct

All patients and staff must be treated with respect and dignity at all times.

Abuse or aggression towards staff or patients will not be tolerated and may result in refusal of future care.
12. General Terms

Injectual reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.

Prices and services are subject to change without notice.

All patient information is handled in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
