How Spend & Get works

Three steps, one free treatment.

  1. Book your injectables

    Book online or call us. Your practitioner agrees your treatment plan with you at consultation.

  2. Qualify on the day

    Spend £500 or more on injectable treatments in that visit, after any discounts. We’ll tell you at checkout which rewards you can pick.

  3. Pick and book your reward

    Choose your treatment and book it within 90 days. Laser needs a patch test first, at least 48 hours before.

How do I use LASER50?
Enter LASER50 at checkout when you book laser hair removal online, or mention it when you book by phone or in clinic. It gives you 50% off single sessions and courses.
Do I need a patch test?
Yes. Everyone needs a patch test at least 48 hours before their first laser session. It lets us confirm the laser settings are safe for your skin and hair.
How many laser sessions will I need?
Most people need 6 to 8 sessions, 4 to 6 weeks apart, for lasting reduction. Your practitioner will confirm what to expect at your first appointment.
What counts towards the £500 or £750?
Injectable treatments paid for in the same visit, after any discounts. Skin treatments, products, gift vouchers, consultations, deposits and spend from separate visits don’t count, and visits can’t be added together.
Can I have more than one reward?
You get one reward per qualifying visit. If you spend £750 or more, you can pick any one reward from either list.
I got a free laser session. Can I still use LASER50?
Yes. Your free session counts as your first, and you can buy the rest of your course at 50% off with LASER50.
What if I need to cancel my reward appointment?
Give us notice within our standard cancellation policy and we’ll move it, as long as the new date is within 90 days of your qualifying visit. A late cancellation or a missed appointment means the reward is lost.
What if a treatment isn’t right for my skin?
Your practitioner will check suitability first. If your chosen reward isn’t right for you, we’ll offer the other option at the same level.

  1. 50% off laser hair removal single sessions and courses using code LASER50. Open to new and existing clients.
  2. A patch test is required at least 48 hours before the first treatment.
  3. Applies to laser hair removal only. Cannot be combined with any other discount or promotion on the same purchase.
  4. Clients who receive a complimentary laser session through Spend & Get may buy a laser course with LASER50 as a separate purchase.
  5. Offer runs until further notice and may be withdrawn at any time. Courses bought during the offer keep the discounted price.

Spend & Get

  1. Qualifying spend is the total paid for injectable treatments in a single visit, after discounts. Other treatments, retail products, gift vouchers, deposits, consultations, patch tests, refunded treatments and spend from separate visits are excluded.
  2. One complimentary treatment per qualifying visit. £500+ clients choose one £500-level reward; £750+ clients choose one reward from either level.
  3. The complimentary laser session is capped at £250. Clients choosing a higher-value area pay the difference.
  4. The complimentary UltraClear session is a Level 1 3D MIRACL laser peel. Higher levels can be booked by paying the difference.
  5. Rewards must be redeemed within 90 days of the qualifying visit. Late cancellation or non-attendance means the reward is forfeited.
  6. Rewards are single-use, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or other treatments. If the qualifying treatment is refunded, the reward is withdrawn.
  7. All treatments are subject to consultation and clinical suitability. Treatment decisions are made by our medical team.
